As a support worker, you will provide comprehensive support to individuals with disabilities, ensuring their well-being and enhancing their quality of life.
How do we Support You?
As a Cosmic Care support worker, you’re a key co-pilot in our participant's personal mission. With buddy shifts, 24/7 on-call support, an all-in-one online app designed with your ease of use in mind, and plenty more online resources at your fingertips, you are never flying solo. The Personal Behaviour Support Plan (PBSP) you will receive for each participant is available in a video format that details each participant's care strategies, health info, behaviours of concern, restrictive practices, and personal preferences with live demonstrations and tips and tricks from the support team. This robust support system ensures you are well-prepared to make every interaction with participants meaningful and informed.
